Salmon Ladder

A true test of strength and coordination, the Salmon Ladder forces the participant to move a steel bar up a series of parallel pegs. Once false move and down to the ground you go, be ready to fail before you succeed. This is a test of reactions and upperbody strength. If you are weak, you won't survive a single moment on this obstacle. You need to have quick reactions in order to beat this obstacle. You need to move the bar out of one thing and into the next, but be quick or the ground is the only place you will end up.
