Warped Wall

From anywhere in between 10-15 feet, it is a straight up wall that you have to run up. To beat it you have to grab the top and pull yourself up. You have to use explosive steps in order to reach the top. You get 3 trys but it is better to do it as quick as you can becuase this obstacle takes away your stength. For the warped wall there are 4 main steps to beat the warped wall.

1. For the run up you need to get as much speed or kinetic energy as possible so your momentum keeps you going forward.

2.For your first step you should reach up with one foot and use the elastic potential energy in your other leg to get up with the other foot, but you should keep your energy going forward.

3. for your second step your foot should get up the "NINJA" part of the warped wall and transfer all of your forward energy into uppward energy and have to fully extend your leg really fast (since your leg would be bent to reach up to the "NINJA" part) so that you can get up to the ledge.

4. Grab the ledge and pull up using your arms.
